Responsibilities
- Strategic partner for directors and line manager in all strategic and operative HR topics
- Strong partner or member of the leadership teams to build high performing teams
- Managing all HR Cycle topics in a close and trustful cooperation with all stakeholders
- Challenge and analyze organization on efficiency and resource allocation as well as managing overheads costs
- Active shaping and further development of our organization, people and culture within the framework of the Danone values
- Identification of fields of action and support of change management processes
Qualifications
- Experienced HR professional with strong passion for People & Organization topics and min. 8 years of experience in an international, dynamic environment
- Strategic thinker with advanced facilitation, negotiation and coaching skills (ideally with knowledge of agile methodology)
- Deep business understanding and willingness to build close relationships by high business proximity
- General knowledge in labor law and HR core processes
- Empathy, solution oriented and problem solving thinking
- Fluency in German and English
