Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage the local Employee Services digitalization roadmap and budget in close relationship with global Employee Services, HR, and IT-HR.
  • Take ownership and accountability, providing support and assistance to local Employee Services and HR teams on tool requests and projects.
  • Keep pace with market technology advancements and propose upgrades or integrated tech solutions to support efficiency objectives.
  • Manage projects and change initiatives, including actively managing stakeholders across Employee Services, IT, and HR.
  • Educate and train Employee Services teams, stakeholders, and employees.
  • Experience in process simplification and automation.
  • Technical skills and understanding of HRIS systems (SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, ProTime, SAP).
  • Knowledge of the legal framework around data protection and works council consultation.
  • Project management skills and knowledge of methodologies and tools to manage complex projects.
  • Service-oriented mindset and customer centricity.
  • Strong analytical skills and data affinity.
  • Flexibility and ability to effectively manage changes.
  • Fluency in English.

Start is asap limited until February 2026 in Munich, Frankfurt am Main or Nürnberg.
