Senior Sales System Manager (m/f/d) – limited for 12 months

Responsibilities

1. Lead the \’root cause\‘ project as BPO to find and align a sustainable and efficient sales-system setup.
2. Ensure end-to-end accountability for the Sales Planning Tool and its related processes.
3. Reduce short-term workload by addressing firefighting activities.
4. Proactively identify improvement areas in processes and systems to enhance efficiency and data quality.
5. Extend business steering capabilities provided by the Sales Planning Tool (e.g., P&L Management, Trade Term reporting, Promo Profitability).
6. Implement and execute processes related to the Sales Planning Tool (promo planning, trade term input) as aligned.
7. Maintain strong connections with EU RGM and stay informed about discussions on functionalities to manage service providers accordingly.
8. Manage sales tools and related processes effectively.
9. Deep understanding of commercial planning cycles, including IT systems, interfaces, and data requirements.
10. Strong business understanding, especially of Sales/KAM workflows.
11. Attention to detail and a thorough working style with a focus on long-term impact.
12. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
13. Demonstrate agility and resilience.

Position Details

This position is vacant from the 1st of May 2025 and is located in our German-based offices. The position is limited for 12 months.
