We are currently on the lookout for Legal Consultants with derivatives experience to join our ranks.
Qualifications
- Legal practitioner with ideally 2+ years’ experience within derivatives/structured products, gained either within private practice or in‑house
- The ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders and adaptability to new situations and work environments
Responsibilities
- Working with and advising business clients directly, while providing guidance and practical solutions in relation to the ever‑changing financial regulatory environment
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of standard and complex derivatives documentation for both sell‑side and buy‑side clients
- Assisting with essential projects in response to current regulatory and political changes
- Advising on risk mitigation strategies and maintaining up to date regulatory standards
- Assisting with the development of new products and markets where applicable
