Role Overview
We are currently seeking a lawyer with technology law experience to work with our Fortune 500 clients.
Qualifications
- Legal practitioner with 2-10 years of PQE advising on a wide spectrum of technology‑related legal matters such as e‑commerce, cloud, fintech, and other technology products and services, gained either within private practice or in‑house.
Responsibilities
- Work side by side with the legal and business teams of our Fortune 500 clients to support internal stakeholders in line with their company goals.
- Provide practical, commercially tailored legal advice across various business lines.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of tech‑related agreements (e.g., inbound/outbound licensing agreements, software development contracts, services and consulting agreements, IT and business process outsourcing agreements, or SaaS agreements).
- Advise on legal issues associated with the development, implementation, and use of existing or new technology products and services where required.
