Key Responsibilities

Buildandstrengthenrelationshipswithexistingcustomerstobuildloyaltyandidentifyup-sellingandcross-sellingpossibilities.
Managecontractrenewalsandcustomerretentioninitiatives,ensuringhighrenewalrateswhileidentifyingopportunitiesforaccountgrowth.
Actasatrustedadvisortocustomers,ensuringtheymaximizethevalueofDartfishsolutionsandachievetheirobjectives.
CollaboratecloselywithotherCountryManagersoninternationalinitiativesandprojects.
Qualifications and Skills
LanguageProficiency:FluentinGermanorSwissGerman,withastrongcommandofEnglish;proficiencyinItalianand/orFrenchisanadvantage.
Personality:Stronginterpersonalandcommunicationskills,withtheabilitytobuildcredibilityandlong-termrelationshipswithcustomersandpartners.
Tech-Savvy:Stronginterestintechnologyanditsapplicationsinthesportsindustry.

Experience
