To strengthen our Product Development team at our headquarters in Fribourg, we are looking for a curious, open-minded, and customer-oriented person for the position of Product Quality & Customer Success (80–100 %).Your responsibilitiesAs Product Quality & Customer Success, you ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards while supporting our customers so they get the most out of Dartfish solutions. In close collaboration with the Product, Development, Sales, and Customer Success teams, you participate in testing new versions, provide technical support, lead training sessions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products.Product Quality & New Versions- Test new features and versions of our Windows, Web, and mobile applications.- Plan and carry out functional and regression tests, and document and validate software bug fixes in collaboration with developers.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our quality assurance processes.- Verify that each new version meets Dartfish quality requirements and formulate a production release recommendation (Go/No-Go).Customer Success & Technical Support- Analyze and reproduce problems encountered by customers.- Collaborate with the Product and Development teams to resolve incidents.- Provide technical support to customers and key projects, and escalate customer feedback to contribute to the evolution of our products.Training & Customer Support- Provide training to our customers, partners, and internal teams, and maintain documentation as well as training materials.- Advise customers so they fully exploit the potential of Dartfish solutions.- Participate in product launches, events, and deployments.Profile- You are passionate about technology and are curious, proactive, and enjoy learning on the job.- You are organized and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.- You are open to using artificial intelligence and new technologies to gain efficiency.- You enjoy teamwork and possess excellent technical communication skills.- A technical degree or equivalent experience is an asset (CFC, Bachelor, or equivalent experience).- You have perfect command of French and a good level of English (B2–C1).What we offer- The opportunity to contribute to products used by the biggest sports organizations around the world.- A dynamic work environment, flexible hours, as well as teleworking possibilities.- Great autonomy and the possibility to have a direct impact on the quality of software solutions.- Continuous learning and development opportunities.If you are curious, passionate about technology, and motivated to provide high-quality solutions, we would be delighted to hear from you.
