Product Quality & Customer Success Associate (80–100%)
Your responsibilities
As a Product Quality & Customer Success Associate, you ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards while supporting our customers to get the best out of Dartfish solutions. In close collaboration with the Product, Development, Sales and Customer Success teams, you participate in testing new releases, provide technical support, conduct training sessions and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products.
Product quality & new release validation
- Test new features and versions of our Windows, Web and mobile applications. - Plan and perform functional, regression and exploratory tests. - Identify, document and validate software bug fixes in collaboration with developers. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of our quality assurance processes. - Verify that each new release meets Dartfish’s quality requirements and make a production release recommendation (Go/No-Go).
Customer Success & technical support
- Analyse and reproduce issues encountered by customers. - Collaborate with Product and Development teams to resolve incidents. - Provide technical support to strategic customers and key projects. - Escalate customer feedback to contribute to product evolution.
Training & customer support
- Deliver training to our customers, partners and colleagues. - Design and maintain user documentation and training materials. - Support customers to fully exploit the potential of Dartfish solutions. - Participate in product demonstrations, workshops and strategic deployments.
Your profile
- You are passionate about technology and customer satisfaction. - You are curious, proactive and enjoy continuous learning. - You are organised and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - You are open to using artificial intelligence and new technologies to gain efficiency. - You enjoy teamwork and have excellent communication skills. - A technical education or equivalent experience is an asset (CFC, Bachelor or equivalent experience). - You are fluent in French and have a good level of English (B2–C1).
