No. 1 in Finance Role for a PE-Backed Multi Site asset
We are seeking an immediately available or soon-to-be-available Finance Director to join a PE-backed, multi-site business headquartered in Frankfurt. This is a permanent position with ambitious growth targets, starting from scratch just a few years ago and aiming for an IPO in the near future .
The Role:
As CFO, you will serve as the No. 1 in finance , tasked with:
- Professionalising the finance function to align with the company’s ambitious growth.
- Elevating finance to a strategic level , making it an integral part of the business.
- Driving performance and preparing the company for future milestones, including IPO readiness.
The Offer:
- Base Salary: €140,000–€150,000
- Bonus: €50,000–€60,000
- Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP)
Your Profile:
- Need to be fluent in German
- Need to be able to work 4 days a week on-site in Frankfurt (1 day WFH)
