I am working with an independent global private markets placement and capital advisory group. They specialise in primary capital raises, direct investments and secondary transactions and have offices in London, Munich, New York, Los Angeles, and Hong Kong, covering all major asset classes with a specific focus on private equity and venture capital.
They are now looking for their next Junior Analyst in their Munich Office.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis into fund managers (GPs), investors (LPs), macro-economic and micro-economic dynamics, as well as legal, regulatory compliance.
- Support deal leaders on deal management – due diligence requests and general follow up information requests about LPs/ GPs.
- Maintain all fundraising-related documentation – including activity reports, roadshow calendars, investor profiles and agendas.
- Take care of the client relationship management database, ensuring all client and investor related interactions and information are correctly recorded.
- Coordinate GP roadshows and logistics, working across deal teams regionally and globally.
Ideally, you have:
- Already graduated with 1-2 years of experience in financial services or consulting.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- German language skills are highly desirable.
- High attention to detail: accuracy and quality of deliverables.
- Demonstratable commercial acumen across major asset classes.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
