Strategy Associate
to support the Strategy Manager & Chief Strategy Officer in shaping the roadmap for this next phase of growth.
Tasks
Work closely with the Executive Committee and the business leaders to shape the roadmap for the Group globally.
Diagnose business issues and outline drivers; structure projects approach and define scope
Set-up clear initiatives and projects. Act as the control tower of large strategic and transformation / Integration projects
Take an active part in the strategic planning process, from market data structuration to initiative tracking
Act as a sparring partner to project leads and functions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and value creation plans

Skills
2 - 3 years of experience at a leading strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or other fast-paced roles leading project teams
Experience in the food industry would be a plus
Strong problem-solving skills, result oriented, project management and communication skills, strong numerical skills
Hands-on mentality, analytical mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment
Enjoy collaborating across the organization functional and regional teams
Fluent in English – German is a plus
