This global end customer requires a functional SAP PA Business Analyst who is able to translate requirements to deliver to the technical team, customize and configure the SAP Payroll system, face off with stakeholders, and drive the streamlining of their HCM Platform.
Essential skills
- SAP HCM Payroll: 2-3 years of experience within a functional role for PA – very strong functional Knowledge
- German: German speaking with understanding of German payroll
- Ability to customize and configure the platform
- Strong experience in BA type function (Translating requirements, requirement gathering, stakeholder face-off)
