Your Role in Shaping the Future:

1. Transform Business Processes: Collaborate with a diverse range of clients, from medium-sized enterprises to large corporations, and tailor the ServiceNow platform to meet their specific needs.
2. Accelerate Digital Transformation: Leverage agile methods, identify innovative opportunities (e.g., #GenAI), and guide clients toward future-proof solutions.
3. Establish Expertise: Position yourself and your team as trusted ServiceNow specialists by pooling knowledge and delivering exceptional results.
4. Stay Ahead: Continuously learn about platform advancements through internal and ServiceNow-specific training, ensuring you’re always on the cutting edge.

What You Bring to the Table:

1. Experience: IT degree or at least three years in ServiceNow consulting projects.
2. Certifications: ServiceNow CSA, Certified Application Developer, or Certified Implementation Specialist.
3. Technical Knowledge:

1. Proficiency in ITSM, ITOM, or ITAM workflows.
2. CMDB and CSDM experience, especially in ITOM modules (Discovery, Cloud Management).
3. Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure for discovery implementations.
4. Familiarity with JavaScript, relational databases, and web technologies.
