ServiceNow Technical Consultant/Developer (German C1 Speaking)

We are seeking 2-3 talented ServiceNow Technical Consultants/Developers to join a team in Switzerland. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, contributing to the development and configuration of the ServiceNow platform for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and design effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Implement and manage workflows, forms, and integrations across ServiceNow modules.
- Ensure the technical feasibility and stability of solutions through rigorous testing and debugging.
- Provide expertise and guidance on ServiceNow best practices.
- Maintain thorough documentation for configurations, customizations, and user guides.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and development.
- Proficiency in at least two ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, or GRC).
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or module-specific certifications.
- Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a client-facing or consulting role.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript, AngularJS, or similar.
