Accounts Receivable Specialist to support customer billing, invoicing and subsidy management processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across their financial operations.

• Your Responsibilities
• Manage and support customer billing processes for energy systems and services.
• Oversee invoicing, validate billing data and ensure compliance with subsidy requirements.
• Handle billing queries, corrections and discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Support the finance team with data collection, validation and reporting.
• Use systems such as Microsoft Dynamics and Share Point to manage and optimise processes.

Your Profile

• Experience in Accounts Receivable, energy billing, utility billing or a similar finance role.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in both German and English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Share Point would be advantageous.
