Darwin Engineering are currently looking for an experienced Commissioning Manager to join their team on a mission-critical data centre project in Germany.

Project Focus
- Manage commissioning activities for new builds, infrastructure upgrades and critical systems.
- Coordinate FAT, SAT, IST and operational acceptance testing.
- Ensure systems are safely commissioned, tested and ready for operation.
- Work with contractors, engineers and suppliers to resolve technical issues and minimise delays.
- Monitor commissioning schedules, progress, KPIs and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, Health & Safety requirements and operational procedures.
- Support technical improvements, system reliability and commissioning best practices.
- Provide guidance to engineering teams, project managers and operational stakeholders.
Key Skills and Experience Required
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Construction Management or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years' experience in commissioning, engineering or mission-critical environments.
- Proven experience in data centres or critical infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, BMS, building services and controls.
- Experience with FAT, SAT, IST and integrated systems commissioning.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Commissioning software, AutoCAD and relevant professional certifications are desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of safety and reliability.
