ServiceNow Platform Architect in München

A leading provider of IT management and operations solutions is looking to expand its team and is seeking qualified and dedicated professionals for the following position:

As a ServiceNow Platform Architect, you will take on a key strategic and technical role in demanding customer projects. You will develop holistic architectural concepts based on the ServiceNow platform and support customers from initial conception through to successful implementation.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyse, evaluate and optimise existing ServiceNow architectures

• Develop target architectures and strategic platform roadmaps

• Advise clients on platform governance, instance strategy, core data management and integrations

• Introduce and further develop CSDM and CMDB

• Design and implement security and governance concepts, including Responsible AI, LLM and RAG

• Conduct workshops, training sessions and management presentations in German and English

• Provide technical leadership on projects and coach cross-functional teams

Your Profile

You bring:

• Broad and in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including security and integration capabilities

• Experience with platform management, ITOM, CSDM, CMDB and governance concepts

• Knowledge of integration strategies within complex enterprise IT environments

• Experience developing technical target architectures for both specialist departments and C-level stakeholders

• Strong understanding of IT service processes such as ITIL, ESM and ITSM

• Strong skills in requirements analysis, architecture development and project management

• Fluent German and very good English, both written and spoken

• Excellent presentation and consulting skills at all organisational levels

• A passion for continuous learning, innovation and solution-oriented thinking
