Remote (Germany-based) | HQ in Munich | 20% Travel | €100,000 – €110,000

Darwin Recruitment is working with a boutique SAP SuccessFactors consultancy that specialises in Core HR implementations for a varied client base of mid-sized companies across Germany. With a small, experienced team and a growing pipeline of projects, they are looking to expand with a confident and capable SF Generalist.

The Role
You'll lead client projects end-to-end-from initial scoping and workshops through to go-live. You should be confident working independently while still being part of a supportive and collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Lead design workshops, scoping sessions, and solution design
• Drive full-cycle implementations with minimal oversight
• Collaborate in team meetings and offer support when needed
• Travel up to 20% within Germany

Requirements

• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central
• Knowledge of EC Payroll is a plus
• Able to manage projects independently and "hit the ground running"
• Fluent in German, Professional English skills
• Must be based in Germany
