Job Title : Senior ServiceNow Consultant / Architect (m / f / d)Language Requirements : Fluent German (C1+) and EnglishAbout the Role :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Consultant / Architect to join our dynamic team supporting enterprise clients across Germany. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive professional with strong technical and consulting skills to lead complex ServiceNow implementations and help shape digital transformation strategies.You will play a key role in architecting end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, working closely with stakeholders, developers, and business teams to ensure scalable, robust, and value-driven implementations.Key Responsibilities :Lead ServiceNow solution design and architecture across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, or other modulesCollaborate with customers to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutionsFacilitate workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder meetings to define implementation roadmapsProvide governance, best practices, and technical leadership during delivery cyclesMentor junior consultants and support development teams in delivering high-quality solutionsConduct assessments of existing ServiceNow platforms and provide recommendations for improvementEnsure platform scalability, maintainability, and performance through sound architectural decisionsContribute to pre-sales activities, including scoping, estimating, and solution shapingRequired Qualifications :5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow in a consulting or architecture roleProven expertise across key ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or SecOpsCertified ServiceNow System Administrator; Implementation Specialist or Architect certification(s) a strong plusExperience leading client engagements and delivering enterprise-level ServiceNow projectsExcellent communication and presentation skills, capable of interacting with both technical and business audiencesFluency in German (C1 minimum) and EnglishPreferred Skills :Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologiesFamiliarity with ITIL v4 and enterprise service management best practicesExperience with CMDB, Discovery, and OrchestrationExposure to other enterprise tools (e.g., SAP, Azure, Jira)Darwin Recruitment AG is a Zurich based, SECO licensed, privately owned subsidiary of Darwin Professional Staffing Group Ltd (a Global IT Recruitment Consultancy).Darwin Recruitment AG manages client relationships whilst also utilising Darwin Professional Staffing Group databases and networks to source Candidates and fulfil client requests.We do not ask for a placement fee from Candidates / Employees.If you wish to contact a specialist regarding this role, or your job search in general, please contact +41 (0)43 456 29 09 #J-18808-Ljbffr
