Darwin Recruitment is working with a specialist SAP SuccessFactors consultancy currently scaling due to a high volume of upcoming projects kicking off in Q3. Their focus is on practical, high-quality implementations for mid-sized businesses across Germany.

The Role

They are looking for an Implementation Consultant to support project managers across the full delivery cycle. This is ideal for someone with solid configuration experience who's ready to take ownership and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support configuration and delivery of SuccessFactors modules
• Assist in workshops and project delivery phases
• Solve issues independently and work with minimal guidance
• Attend regular team meetings
• Travel within Germany up to 20%

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Employee Central (EC Payroll is desirable)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Confident working independently from day one
• Fluent in German and English
• Must be based in Germany
