Stellenbeschreibung

The incumbent will be responsible for performing all the related tasks associated with the AP Process that may include but are not limited to:

1. Register direct and indirect charges (FI / MM).
2. Prepare payment proposals.
3. Prepare reports with quality in a timely accurate process.
4. Review and learn about the possible exceptions depending on the specific process.
5. Analyze and follow up the outstanding items to avoid overdue items, communicating in an accurate manner the issues that could affect any payment process.
6. Investigate and initiate queries with the vendors in a timely manner if needed.
7. Communicate the escalations to the AP Senior and Supervisor.
8. Process and review the travel expense reports meeting Lonza’s travel policy.
9. Develop effective working relationships with both internal departments and vendors and understand the urgency and impact to both vendors and the corporation.
10. Interact with auditors, accountants, and management as needed to provide information about the department and specific AP requests.
