Responsibilities
Prioritize and manage the team’s deliverables and support the team lead in interactions with senior stakeholders and external supervisory bodies
Draft disclosures or thoroughly review disclosure drafts submitted by stakeholders for inclusion in the external quarterly and annual reports
Partner with application directors and creators to ensure each project meets a specific need and resolves successfully
Mediate and resolve any cases of conflicting stakeholder interests and priorities
Ensure data quality compliance with the disclosure and presentation
Plan and coordinate the external reporting process
Preferred Qualifications
A university degree with proven experience in dealing with various reporting requirements and operating in a financial services environment
You have experience through working for an audit company (Experience in treasury or risk management is an advantage)
Working experience in a regulatory reporting or related accounting policy capacity, ideally at a bank
Excellent process coordination, planning, organization and communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to express opinions clearly, firmly and credibly, but also sympathetically when required
Overall Expertise of 5+ years and minimum 2 years of project experience
Excellent analytical skills and project management experience
Fluency in German is a must, fluency in English is preferred
Team player with good communication and analytical skills
You understand IFRS and relevant Basel III regulations
