As we expand across Germany, we seek an experienced Named Account Executive in Munich to capitalize on the market opportunity within the financial services sector. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Sales, you will focus on developing existing relationships and closing new business with one of our largest insurance clients. A solid understanding of Data, Advanced Analytics, and AI will help you execute your strategy and deliver value to these key clients.

The Impact You Will Have

• Assess key accounts and develop strategies to meet and exceed revenue and consumption goals.
• Implement strategies to achieve targets.
• Build relationships with decision-makers, including C-level executives, and establish yourself as a trusted advisor in Data & AI topics.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand use cases within your accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to maximize impact.
• Demonstrate value in engagements to facilitate successful negotiations and closures.

What We Look For

• Proven success in exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
• Experience selling to large enterprise insurance clients in Germany.
• Track record of selling complex software deals.
• Understanding of consumption-based sales models.
• Ability to create demand and deliver business value.
• Knowledge of robust sales methodologies like MEDDPICC, Value Selling, etc.
• Experience building effective teams and champions.
• Ability to develop and manage partner strategies.
• Skill in identifying use cases and decision-making centers to increase impact.
• Fluent in English and German.
