What you can expect in your new job

• You will be responsible for the development, automation, and deployment of cloud environments on customer systems (private managed cloud / public cloud).
• You will be primarily responsible for setting up, operating, optimizing, and providing support for applications in our customers' environments.
• You’ll keep an eye on the deployment pipeline and ensure that deployments run smoothly for our customers.
• You will perform proactive monitoring, handle incidents as part of a cross-functional team, and take the lead on various initiatives.
• You will independently bring systems up to a low-maintenance and stable state in accordance with customer specifications and act as a liaison between operational requirements and the needs of the development teams.
• You work closely with cross-functional teams and routinely apply DevOps and clean code principles.
• You regularly keep up to date on cloud-native topics and the latest trends in software operations in the cloud.

What we want from you

• You have a degree in computer science, a comparable qualification, or relevant professional experience in the IT field.
• You will analyze and organize customer-specific requirements and oversee their successful implementation through to production.
• You have already gained experience working on DevOps projects and have expertise in technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, and GitOps (e.g., ArgoCD).
• You have experience with automation and scripting in Linux environments.
• You are familiar with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or, ideally, GCP as well.
• You stand out for your analytical and structured way of thinking, and you quickly and independently familiarize yourself with new topics.
• You are a team player with strong communication skills and enjoy working in agile project teams.
• You interact confidently with clients and project teams and serve as a reliable point of contact for professional and technical questions.
