Overview
As a Partner Solution Architect, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to Datadog's Partner channel, driving adoption and value realization. You will onboard and enable partner resources, align joint plans with Datadog and partner teams, and influence product direction through partner feedback. You’ll translate complex technical concepts into impactful demonstrations and value proofs, shaping how partners leverage Datadog across cloud migrations, modernization, and DevOps transformations. This role blends hands-on technical insight with a strong enablement and cross-functional collaboration mindset.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Onboard, train, enable, and certify partner technical resources
- Lead periodic joint business planning to align Datadog and partner technical teams
- Support partner initiatives such as end-customer demos and proofs of value; run partner enablement workshops
- Advocate for partner technical concerns with Datadog teams to drive resolution
- Assess partner service offerings and recommend enhancements to boost adoption of Datadog features
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and technical services to identify and prioritize new features
- Curate and evolve lead/best practices for Datadog platform adoption and success

- Solid technical grounding with hands-on IT development and/or operations experience
- Demonstrable track record and passion for continuous learning
- Self-starter, tech-savvy with strong business acumen and ability to articulate Datadog value
- Confident presentation skills
- Must be a current EU resident
- Experience in two or more of: Observability tools, Public Cloud, Containerization, Dev/Scripting, Config Mgmt, CI/CD
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
