For our client, a well-known pharmaceutical company in Basel, we are looking for a IT Planning Workstream Lead (m/f/d).
Background
This role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical knowledge and leadership skills to ensure that the technology workstream aligns with the overall program and business objectives, delivering high-quality results and driving business transformation. Lead the technology workstream by developing and executing comprehensive solutions within the supply chain planning environment including implementation of SAP IBP and new artwork and PLM solutions.

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Leading the technology workstream by developing and implementing SAP IBP and new Artwork & PLM solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities while overseeing vendor performance.
- Defining the future operating model for supply chain planning, including long-term demand, supply, and production planning, as well as for artwork and PLM.
- Designing and establishing a future technology stack for supply chain planning, artwork, and PLM, while developing high-level process designs (L3, L4, L5) to support business objectives.
- Preparing, defining, and approving functional specifications based on blueprint requirements, aligning closely with business needs and ensuring that all necessary user requirement specifications (URS) are met.
- Setting up and configuring the core system environment, including designing and implementing necessary system integrations to ensure smooth functionality and optimal performance.
Must Haves
- Extensive experience in implementing SAP IBP, including S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Production Planning.
- Strong knowledge of SAP CPI and integrating third-party systems like forecasting and ERP tools.
- IT lead experience in implementing SAP S/4HANA with familiarity in Fiori interfaces.
- Proficient in both waterfall and agile methodologies, with practical experience in Jira, Confluence, and Kanban.
- Familiar with quality assurance processes and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Successful collaboration with various stakeholders and supporting organizational change initiatives.
