Your main tasks / responsibilities:
You are responsible for the reliable and smooth processing of customer orders from our wide-ranging offer. With your professional demeanour and discretion, you ensure satisfied customers daily and thus secure trust in our services.
The following varied and interesting activities await you, among others:
- Recording and dispatching orders - Customer support by telephone and at reception - Route and deployment planning for drivers - Processing transport orders including destruction protocols - Work preparation for invoicing - Administrative support for the Regional Manager - Assistance with sales activities
Your profile:
- Commercial or logistical basic training with a flair for numbers - Bilingual German-Italian / good knowledge of French - Very good IT skills (MS Office, ERP systems) - Planning and organisational talent - Customer orientation and safety awareness - Geographical knowledge of Switzerland, experience in road transport an advantage - Impeccable reputation (debt enforcement and criminal record extract without remarks) - Motivated team player
