As a Member Support Team Leader you will report into the Member Support Operations Manager, leading a team of Member Support Advisors, ensuring they have the skillset & breadth of knowledge to deliver a world class service to our members.
You will resolve high level escalated member queries by monitoring team performance and overseeing the delivery of daily, weekly & monthly KPI’s.
Please be aware shifts may vary - morning, evening & weekend working will be .
