Our premier financial services customer is on the hunt for a talented and dynamic D365 CE Functional Consultant to join our team on an exciting 3-month contract starting this September, and the best part - it's outside IR35!
The Opportunity:
As their D365 CE Functional Consultant, you will have the incredible opportunity to collaborate closely with our visionary Director of Sales to assess the current state of our D365 Sales and Service system and chart a course for the future. You'll play a pivotal role in reshaping and optimizing our CRM system to drive business growth, improve customer relationships, and streamline operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and objectives.
- Analyze the current D365 CE system setup, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
- Design and implement tailored solutions to enhance system functionality.
- Configure, customize, and extend the D365 CE platform to meet specific business requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices and industry standards for CRM system management.
- Offer training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of the enhanced system.
