As CRM Manager for DACH, you'll be at the heart of our customer engagement strategy across Germany and Austria strategically planning, executing and optimising CRM campaigns that drive retention, reactivation and long-term customer value.
You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-performing, personalised campaigns that set DAZN Bet apart in a competitive market. This is a unique opportunity to help position DAZN Bet as the go-to sports betting brand for fans across the DACH region combining creative thinking with sharp commercial instincts and a deep understanding of the local market.
This role is based in Vienna.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Strategically plan and execute CRM campaigns
across the full customer lifecycle, driving engagement, retention and reactivation across Germany and Austria
Drive innovative, personalised campaigns
using automation and multiple communication channels to deliver above industry-standard retention rates
Develop and manage promotions , executing targeted campaigns that maximise customer satisfaction and directly contribute to business revenues
Maximise customer lifetime value , monitoring and optimising bonus costs to ensure profitability across all CRM activity
Build robust campaign reporting frameworks , tracking KPIs and campaign performance to continuously improve effectiveness and drive commercial growth
Collaborate with BI & Data teams
to monitor market performance, identify commercial opportunities and inform strategic decision-making
Monitor regulatory and market trends
across the DACH region, ensuring all CRM activity remains compliant with local gambling regulations and advertising restrictions
Build strong cross-functional relationships
across DAZN Bet and the wider DAZN business to identify new revenue streams and enhance the customer experience
What You’ll Bring:
3+ years of CRM experience within the online gaming industry , ideally across both Sportsbook and Casino products
Hands-on experience with CRM tools
such as Optimove, Salesforce or similar platforms, alongside CMS tools experience with Optimove is a strong plus
Proven track record of delivering customer lifecycle campaigns
that drive loyalty, retention and measurable revenue growth through innovative CRM strategies
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset , with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and translate insights into clear commercial actions
Deep knowledge of the DACH gambling landscape , including local regulations, advertising restrictions and market-specific opportunities
A creative, bold and commercially focused approach , equally comfortable with high-level strategic thinking and hands‑on execution
A genuine passion for sport , particularly football, with a strong understanding of what it means to be a fan across multiple sports
Fluency in German and English , with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
