As a Bookings Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in delivering some of the world's biggest sporting events, including the UEFA Champions League and Bundesliga. Working closely with broadcasters, production partners, and technical teams, you'll help ensure DAZN continues to provide world-class live sports experiences. As a Bookings Coordinator, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of signal bookings, technical resource allocation, and supplier coordination for DAZN's live sports productions across the DACH region. You'll ensure all broadcast signals, production resources, and technical services are booked, tested, and delivered to the highest standard, enabling seamless coverage of premium sporting events. Working at the centre of live broadcast operations, you'll collaborate with internal production teams, external signal providers, satellite and fibre operators, and freelance production crews to ensure every event is delivered successfully. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, strong communication, and the ability to remain calm while managing multiple live events simultaneously. Please note: this is a Fixed Term Contract position for an initial 12 months.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing signal bookings for UEFA Champions League, Bundesliga, and other premium live sporting events
• Coordinating broadcast signal acquisition and distribution across satellite, fibre, and IP delivery networks
• Managing relationships with external signal providers, satellite operators, fibre providers, and production partners
• Booking and coordinating technical production crews, including EVS Operators, Vision Mixers, Audio Engineers, and other specialist broadcast roles
• Acting as the primary point of contact for booking enquiries, crew availability, and last-minute operational changes
• Monitoring booking schedules to ensure all technical and operational resources are confirmed ahead of live broadcasts
• Developing and continuously improving booking processes, documentation, and operational workflows
• Working closely with production, technical, and operational teams to support the successful delivery of live sports coverage

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in broadcast operations, production coordination, signal booking, or production services
• Experience managing external supplier relationships within live broadcast environments
• Knowledge of broadcast signal acquisition, routing, and distribution across satellite, fibre, and IP-based workflows
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced live production environment
• Fluency in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
