Please also upload your resume in English, thanks!What You’ll Be Doing:Partner with leaders to translate business priorities into clear people plans that support operational and strategic objectivesAct as a trusted advisor on organisational design, team effectiveness and workforce planning to ensure the right capabilities are in placeSupport talent identification, succession planning and leadership capability development across the businessCoach leaders on effective performance management, including goal setting, feedback, development and performance conversationsLead and support employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent and legally compliant outcomesChampion DAZN’s culture, values and behaviours, supporting engagement initiatives and action planning from employee feedbackUse people data and insights to identify trends, inform decisions and improve engagement, performance and retentionCollaborate closely with the wider People team (Talent Acquisition, L&D, Reward and People Operations) to deliver joined-up, high-quality people solutionsWhat You’ll Bring:Proven experience in a People Partner or HR Business Partner role within a fast-paced, scaling or digital environmentStrong grounding in employee relations, organisational development and performance managementSolid working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practiceAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a dynamic organisationStrong business acumen, with the ability to translate commercial needs into effective people solutionsExcellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills, with confidence to challenge constructivelyExperience using people data and insights to drive practical improvements and informed decision-makingCIPD qualification (or working towards), or equivalent professional experienceBenefitsBenefits include access to DAZN, 30 days’ annual leave, pension contributions up to 3%, a family friendly community, learning and development resources, opportunity for mobile working and access to our internal speaker series and events.#J-18808-Ljbffr
