We are looking for a Senior CRM Manager to lead the development and execution of our CRM strategy, fostering personalized, data-driven interactions to enhance retention, engagement, and revenues.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with business goals to optimize customer and subscription KPIs across the customer lifecycle, from Onboarding to Winback.
- Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, push notifications, in-app messages, in product, etc.) aligned with user needs and brand tone.
- Continuously test, analyse, and optimize campaigns/journeys and general customer behaviour to improve KPIs to drive commercial success
- Analyse CRM performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies for improvement.
- Manage CRM tools and platforms, ensuring optimal performance and seamless integration with marketing and analytics systems.
- Assess and implement new technologies to enhance CRM capabilities and efficiency.
- Close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, Finance, Commercial Partnerships and Content to align CRM initiatives with the wider business
- Act as a key stakeholder in customer projects, providing strategic input and ensuring CRM efforts are integrated across teams.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Experience:
- 5+ years in CRM, retention, engagement and customer development, preferably in a digital-first / subscription environment.
Skills:
- Proficient in CRM tools. (e.g. Salesforce, Optimove, Tableau or Looker or similar software)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data segmentation, campaign performance, A/B testing and automation workflows.
- Language proficiency: German and English
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working with diverse and international teams.
- Creative mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Strong interest in the streaming service industry as well as high enthusiasm for sport content
