Key Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical actuators following technical drawings and work instructions.
- Conduct functional and end-of-line testing using dedicated test equipment.
- Collaborate with quality, engineering, and logistics teams.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in line with aerospace standards.
- Support process improvement initiatives within the production line.

- Professional qualification and/or vocational training in a relevant field.
- Hands‑on experience in a production, assembly, or manufacturing environment.
- Experience using hand tools and basic measuring equipment.
- Basic computer skills for recording production data and following work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks with a high level of accuracy.
- Good English language skills.
- Ability to work in Germany.

- Experience assembling mechanical components or actuators.
