Senior Consultant Data Engineering and/or Data Architecture (all genders)

Responsibilities

• Lead an international, cross‑functional Data Engineering & Data Architecture team.
• Drive project and account management, ensuring high customer satisfaction and successful outcomes.
• Advise clients strategically and technically on modern data solutions.
• Collaborate with product teams in a cloud‑based environment to shape visions and implement roadmaps.
• Analyse trends and developments to identify new opportunities and insights.
• Contribute to building an open, positive team culture that encourages motivation, ownership, and performance.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Data Engineering or Data Architecture, ideally in cloud environments.
• Experience in consulting‑intensive roles or stakeholder‑heavy corporate projects.
• Strong communication skills across business, IT, and management stakeholders; ability to explain complex technical topics to diverse audiences.
• Leadership experience—disciplinary or functional.
• Solution‑oriented, entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to take responsibility for driving initiatives.
• Fluency in German (first language) and English (bilingual).
