By joining deRham, you will take responsibility for developing our presence in this territory and become the ambassador of our brand to a discerning private and institutional clientele.
Your mission
With full autonomy, you will develop your activity through your market expertise, advisory skills, and the trust-based relationships you build with your clients. To allow you to fully focus on your core business, you will benefit from the support of our specialised teams.
In this role, you will:
- maintain and develop a trusted network of owners, partners, and referrers; - identify new opportunities and acquire sales mandates; - conduct valuations and support your clients in their real estate projects; - lead negotiations through to the conclusion of transactions; - represent deRham and actively contribute to the prominence of our brand in your territory.
