As part of Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding & HR Marketing, this global role combines strategic direction with hands‑on execution to drive employer brand and recruiting excellence worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Shape and continuously evolve the global employer branding strategy—target group–focused, data‑driven, and future‑oriented.
- Create and orchestrate international campaigns in close collaboration with Marketing and the in‑house Content Factory (video, photo, templates).
- Coordinate implementation and execution with local talent acquisition teams.
- Ensure a consistent and compelling employer brand experience across all channels.
- Develop creative formats for social media, campaigns, and funnel‑based talent attraction.
- Build scalable social media structures for recruiting and employer branding together with Marketing.
- Optimize presence on key platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) and explore emerging trends such as video‑first recruiting, performance advertising, and AI‑driven content.
- Develop and manage global recruiting dashboards (Workday, Google Analytics, assessment tools).
- Analyze KPIs across the full candidate journey.
- Derive actionable insights to improve efficiency, quality, and performance in recruiting.
- Drive topics such as attribution, conversion optimisation, and data‑driven budget allocation.
- Establish and maintain the global procurement and management of job advertising solutions.
- Act as central interface for external partners (job boards, programmatic providers).
- Optimize reach, cost efficiency, and performance of job postings.
- Act as global administrator for Workday Recruiting (configuration, templates, integrations).
- Ensure seamless integration with external job posting tools.
- Explore, design, and drive automation, AI use cases, and innovative recruiting technologies.
- Define and implement global recruiting standards, tools, and quality measures.
- Enable a harmonised candidate experience across career sites and landing pages.
- Empower local teams in 23 countries through guidelines, training, and best‑practice sharing.
- Develop innovative approaches for proactive talent sourcing and talent pools.
- Rethink recruiting based on modern principles such as candidate journey design, community building, and data‑driven targeting.
- Drive future‑oriented topics such as skill‑based recruiting, predictive analytics, and AI‑powered sourcing.
Qualifications
- Several years of experience in Marketing, Talent Acquisition, or Employer Branding.
- Higher education degree or equivalent qualification in HR, Marketing or related areas.
- Strong combination of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution.
- Experience with recruiting analytics, Workday (or comparable ATS), and digital marketing tools.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, campaign management, and social media trends.
- Proven ability to collaborate across functions (HR, Marketing, Communication) and country operations.
- International mindset and excellent English skills (C1) and fluency in German language.
