Overview

You are an experienced team lead in software development, responsible for developing innovative technical concepts and supporting a dynamic team in an agile environment. You have a proven track record in software architecture and development, along with strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze requirements from various business areas and translate them into technical concepts to successfully implement challenging projects.
  • Lead and coach development teams, ensuring high quality and adherence to excellent standards throughout the entire development process.
  • Conduct architecture and code reviews, providing constructive feedback to continuously improve code quality and promote innovation and efficiency.
  • Proactively identify vulnerabilities in existing implementations and develop targeted solutions to enhance system performance.
  • Collaborate closely and constructively with technical and business stakeholders to achieve project goals and optimize user experience.
  • Foster team members' skills, set clear objectives, and monitor performance to achieve peak results.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable qualification from a reputable university.
  • Additional certifications in software architecture are preferred.
  • Several years of leadership experience within software development, preferably in an agile environment.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, particularly empathy and excellent communication abilities, to foster a positive team dynamic.
  • High level of commitment, creativity, analytical thinking, and a strong willingness to learn.
  • Extensive technical and methodological expertise, with a solution‑oriented work approach.
  • Conscientiousness, reliability, and a systematic methodological approach to ensure high quality work.
