Role Description

The Sales Operations Analyst / Deal Desk Specialist / Quote-to-Cash Coordinator supports efficient sales execution and accurate commercial processing from opportunity management through quotation, contracting, order fulfilment, invoicing, and payment coordination. These positions improve operational visibility, strengthen deal controls, and help sales teams progress customer transactions with clear terms and reliable information.

The position works closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Billing, and delivery teams. Responsibilities include reviewing opportunity records, preparing sales reports, validating quotations, coordinating approvals, and resolving discrepancies across commercial documents and business systems. The role maintains accurate records, tracks transaction milestones, and helps ensure that agreed pricing, contractual terms, order details, and billing instructions remain consistent throughout the process.

For Sales Operations Analysts, the emphasis is on CRM data quality, pipeline analysis, forecasting support, and process improvement. Deal Desk Specialists support complex deal structuring, pricing exceptions, approval workflows, and coordination of nonstandard commercial terms. Quote-to-Cash Coordinators manage operational handovers and transaction progress, addressing issues that delay order processing or invoicing. Across these positions, the role reduces avoidable errors, improves turnaround times, and supports a dependable customer purchasing experience.
