Profile
- Strong experience (2-3+ years) shipping full-stack products with TypeScript, React, Next.js and Node.js, ideally in data-heavy B2B applications
- Strong PostgreSQL and ORM skills, with an understanding of secure, multi-tenant architectures and Row-Level-Security
- Hands-on experience integrating LLMs into products through tool calling, streaming and RAG
- A good eye for UI & UX and the ability to turn rough ideas into polished interfaces
- Strong organizational & prioritization skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and preferrably German
Tasks
- Build and improve our B2B web application using Next.js, React and TypeScript in a shared Turborepo monorepo
- Turn product ideas and client feedback into responsive, intuitive UI using Tailwind CSS and our shared shadcn/ui component library
- Design and develop backend services with Hono, Drizzle ORM and PostgreSQL, including APIs, relational schemas and database migrations
- Own permissions and data isolation across organizations and projects, from application-level access controls to PostgreSQL Row-Level Security
- Own testing, deployment and monitoring, ensuring reliability and performance across the stack
- Work closely with the founding team to shape product priorities, technical architecture and engineering standards
