As a Junior Business Intelligence Consultant (m/f/d), you'll work with modern platforms such as Power BI and SAS, develop future-proof data models, and turn large volumes of data into real value for our clients.

- Supporting client projects: Assisting with the design, modeling, and implementation of modern business analytics solutions (e.g., using MS Power BI and SAS)
- Hands-on Analytics: Contribute to internal and client-facing analytics environments and continuously improve data pipelines and dashboards.
- Analysis & Troubleshooting: Expert analysis of business requirements, reproduction of technical issues, and development of best-practice solutions.
- Data Integration & Processing: Integration, transformation, and processing/preparation of data from various source systems.
- Teamwork & Communication: Close coordination with project teams, clients, and other departments, as well as presenting complex issues to various stakeholders.
Your background.
What does it take?
- Solid Educational Background: A successfully completed degree in (Business) Computer Science, Information Management, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field of study.
- Tech Enthusiasm: A strong interest in data modeling, SQL/databases, and, ideally, some initial experience with programming languages (e.g., Python) or BI tools.
- Analytical Mind: Strong problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and the motivation to quickly familiarize yourself with new technologies.
- Strong Communication Skills & Team Spirit: An open demeanor, the ability to work independently, and a passion for collaborating within an agile team.
- Languages & Mobility: Excellent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English, as well as a willingness to travel for project-related work.
