- You manage your own area in our logistics center (e.g. mountain sports, team sports, fitness, etc.)
- You take care of the recruitment, training and development of your own team
- You conduct regular appraisal interviews to motivate and encourage your teammates
- You manage stock levels and ensure product availability

- You are a recent graduate in business administration or sports management or are a career changer with a comparable degree
