As a Counter Manager, you will work at one of our retail locations and create unforgettable shopping experiences for our customers through your professional consultation and exceptional service.

You will be responsible for people management and staff scheduling, ensuring efficient operations and smooth teamwork within your team.

In addition, you will be accountable for achieving business KPIs and supporting the development and growth of your team members through coaching and talent development initiatives
Qualifications
What you bring

Ideally, you have some initial experience in retail sales and a passion for inspiring customers with your knowledge.

You are enthusiastic about the fragrance industry and are eager to continuously expand your expertise.

Preferably, you have hands-on experience in customer consultation and service.
