We are looking for you, located in Trier or 100% remote in Germany , as a
Scrum Master (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Support and guide one or more agile teams
- Assist in team building and fostering cooperation
- Lead the team in continuous improvement, reflection, and innovation
- Work closely with the product owner
- Collaborate in the Agile Community of Practice at the location to network teams and facilitate change
You bring along:
- A Bachelor\’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Advanced certifications in Scrum and Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP) are a plus
- Experience in software development or IT project management
- Several years of experience in Agile environments, preferably as Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Good knowledge of Scrum and agile methods, including XP techniques
- Understanding of software development processes
- Excellent communication skills for coaching and change management
- Solution-oriented, creative, empathetic approach
- Ability to see the big picture, think outside the box, and embrace change
- Proficiency in German and English
- Technologies used: Java, JavaEE, Angular, Git, Maven, Docker, Jenkins, Jira
