We are looking for you, located in Trier or 100% remote in Germany , as a

Scrum Master (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

1. Support and guide one or more agile teams
2. Assist in team building and fostering cooperation
3. Lead the team in continuous improvement, reflection, and innovation
4. Work closely with the product owner
5. Collaborate in the Agile Community of Practice at the location to network teams and facilitate change

You bring along:

• A Bachelor\’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Advanced certifications in Scrum and Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP) are a plus
• Experience in software development or IT project management
• Several years of experience in Agile environments, preferably as Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• Good knowledge of Scrum and agile methods, including XP techniques
• Understanding of software development processes
• Excellent communication skills for coaching and change management
• Solution-oriented, creative, empathetic approach
• Ability to see the big picture, think outside the box, and embrace change
• Proficiency in German and English
• Technologies used: Java, JavaEE, Angular, Git, Maven, Docker, Jenkins, Jira
