Working closely with regional teams, you will provide advanced technical support for complex projects and escalated issues, helping them become self-sufficient.Key responsibilities include offering third-line support, participating in integration and migration projects, and monitoring the PACSonWEB cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate with product management, R&D, and third-party vendors to ensure serviceability, scalability, and seamless integration. Additionally, you will drive operational improvements, enhance team tools, and refine documentation. As a crucial part of the team driving PACSonWEB\’s exponential growth, you will play a vital role in supporting its successful worldwide rollout. Your new role: * Support and monitor the PACSonWEB cloud Infrastructure. * Train regional teams to help them become proficient and stand alone. * Provide technical support for the regions for 1st or complex PACSonWEB implementations. * Provide 3th level support to the regions. * Provide input to product management and R&D concerning serviceability and scalability. * Define, test and document integration and installation strategy. * Participate In project scoping for PACSonWEB Integrations and migrations. * Contribute to the team\’s toolset by improving or creating tools and documentation.
