Overview
In this role you drive the product vision for medical controlling and revenue management in Austria, aligning with Dedalus’ healthcare-technology mission. You own the Austria roadmap, collaborate with R&D and cross-functional teams, and translate market and regulatory needs into valuable solutions. You’ll work closely with customers to validate requirements and ensure high-quality product delivery. The position offers a chance to shape Austrian LKF processes and contribute to safer, more reliable care on a large scale.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Define and evolve the product vision and strategic direction for medical controlling and revenue management in Austria (LKF focus)
- Own and prioritize the Austria product roadmap with alignment to ORBIS Medical Controlling modules
- Gather and prioritize market, customer, and regulatory requirements for Austrian LKF processes
- Lead customer workshops for requirements validation and solution alignment
- Ensure structured defect management and maintain high quality across the product lifecycle
- Drive implementation of prioritized requirements in collaboration with R&D and stakeholders
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 5+ years of practical experience in medical controlling in somatic medicine
- Knowledge of the LKF model in Austria
- Clear communication of medical controlling and revenue management concepts to non-experts
- IT skills with ORBIS or comparable HIS and medical software
- Very good written and spoken German
- Very good written and spoken English
