- Deeply analyse customer and business problems to identify pain points
- Create impactful, elegant solutions quickly
- Think strategically about product scope from high level to connect gaps
- Present design work and articulate design decisions
- Update acceptance criteria and define logic for your work
- Own end-to-end design process from ideation to final test build and release
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers and Developers
- Work across employee, employer, and admin dashboards to solve cross-platform problems
- Build and update components in the Design system
- Contribute to redefining how people work globally

- Portfolio with AI-powered features or AI tools in design workflows
- Passion for design and ability to learn fast
- Experience in fast-paced environments
- At least 5 years of end-to-end product design for web and app
- Strong B2B experience
- Strong UX and UI knowledge
- Experience in design systems
- Comfort working embedded in a development team and involved in end-to-end development process
