Overview
As a Site Reliability Engineer, you ensure stable, up-to-date sandbox environments that power Deel’s enterprise customers. You work in a distributed team, owning observability, incident response, and ongoing improvements to reliability. You collaborate with engineering and customer-facing teams to keep services resilient across time zones. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on operational excellence in a fast-growing, global company.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Maintain reliability and uptime across enterprise sandbox environments
- Roll out updates to microservices inside sandboxes to stay aligned with latest versions
- Triage alerts, perform initial investigations, and escalate incidents with clear context
- Enhance observability using Datadog and Grafana stack (Mimir, Loki, Tempo) and improve alerting
- Participate in post-incident reviews and drive actionable follow-ups with relevant teams
- Communicate proactively during incidents, maintenance, and version upgrades
- Contribute to on-call rotation across APAC, EMEA and LATAM time zones
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 4+ years in SRE, DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering
- Experience with Node.js or Go
- Familiarity with AWS services (EKS, S3, RDS)
- Hands-on Kubernetes experience including Helm and ArgoCD
- Experience with observability stacks: Datadog, Grafana, Mimir, Loki, Tempo, Zabbix
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Self-motivation and ownership
- Proactive collaboration in cross-functional teams
- Node.js or Go programming
- AWS cloud services (EKS, S3, RDS)
- Kubernetes with Helm and ArgoCD
