Overview
As a Solutions Engineer (Consultant) you partner with go-to-market and internal teams to drive customer success. You translate complex client needs into actionable, scalable solutions and support the full sales cycle from discovery to implementation. You influence technical credibility through demos, RFPs, and architecture workshops, working with Product, Engineering, and Operations to align on value and scope. This role sits at the intersection of sales and engineering, shaping how Deel delivers compliant, integrated solutions at scale.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Showcase the value of Deel’s platform to win technical credibility and customer success
- Consult with prospective customers to identify gaps and propose optimized future-state solutions
- Own solution discovery, RFP responses, platform demonstrations, and integration/architecture workshops
- Translate customer requirements into design and implementation recommendations with aligned stakeholders
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to unblock questions and accelerate deal velocity
- Continuously improve processes, assets, and value messaging to scale impact
- Develop and maintain technical enablement assets (demo narratives, discovery frameworks, reference architectures, FAQs, competitive positioning)
- Support partnerships and marketing-led initiatives (webinars, events, content, joint workshops)
- Stay current on technology trends, integrations, security/compliance, and best practices to sustain credibility
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Minimum 4 years as a Solutions Engineer / Pre-Sales Consultant or equivalent technical role
- Experience supporting complex B2B sales cycles (mid-market or enterprise) including discovery, demos, security reviews, and integrations
- Strong understanding of SaaS product delivery and common integration approaches (APIs, SSO/SAML, HRIS/ERP/Finance systems)
- Comfortable leading technical conversations with IT, Security, Ops, Finance, HR, and business leaders
- Willingness to travel ~10% or less
- Outstanding presentation and storytelling skills; multilingual ability is a bonus
- Entrepreneurial, positive, can-do attitude; collaborative, team-oriented; comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment
