Your Mission as COO As our Chief Operating Officer, you will be instrumental in building and owning all operational processes, ensuring Deep Piction\’s platform is the partner of choice for leading pharmaceutical companies, academic institutions, and collaborators. Operational Excellence: Design and implement seamless workflows (imaging, AI analysis, data, reporting), define key performance indicators (KPIs), and manage infrastructure. Team & Culture Development: Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention of top talent. Customer Success & Engagement: Own customer relationships from scoping to support, leveraging AI for enhanced insights and service delivery. Governance & Compliance: Proven track record in scaling lab or service operations involving complex biological processes and data workflows, with a demonstrated ability to implement agile and AI-powered solutions. Project Management Mastery: Expert in project management, including KPI design, milestone tracking, and budget ownership, with a focus on AI-driven process optimization. A hands-on, results-oriented leader who thrives in high-ambiguity, fast-paced environments, embodying an agile mindset and dedication to AI integration.
